Looking after gold plated jewellery

To ensure the longevity and lustre of your gold- plate, please try to:

• Avoid spraying perfume directly on to your jewellery along with makeup, lotions and strong cleaning liquids.

• Remove your jewellery when bathing and swimming on order to avoid excess rubbing away of gold plate.

• Remove your jewellery when exercising.

• If you need to re-gold plate your jewellery, most local jewellery should be able to gold plate for you.

Cleaning sterling silver or 18ct gold jewellery

• Use a soft jewellery polishing cloth to gently rub and polish your jewellery.

• Do try to avoid harsh cleaning chemicals.

Jewellery storage

• We recommend storing your jewellery in a soft pouch or special jewellery box.

• In humid climates, placing a sachet of desiccant crystals in your jewellery box can help to avoid tarnishing.
